WWF strongly condemns unauthorized ad campaign while it wins awards?!?
I don’t think there’s a lot to be said for spec work except when 1. the client didn’t actually ask for it, (It is starting to appear that WWF Brazil did approve of the ad) 2. was offensive and 3. was thought highly enough by peers to be awarded “Merit”. A positive sign that the economy might soon be moving upwards is the energy generated after some of the recent tech mergers.
