An old boss used to tell me “you can't give yourself a haircut”. With that in mind, I'd like to suggest you consider putting the images of each site you “drop” under the heading, rather then above. Perhaps the image would help if it was big & bold (easy to decipher), but in this case it doesn't really help me determine which link I'd like to visit—in fact it makes it kind of frustrating only because it's the first thing I look at, I can't figure out what it is, and then I need to read the headline and description to determine if I'm interested. That's a lot of heavy lifting.
