But what then when someone has honestly changed their minds based on new information, or even just more thorough thought, as you say? How can we gauge someones truthiness when their previous, contradicting POV was also, at the time, honest and true? (I think the answer is mandatory national neck-implanted RFID chips & scanners, but that's a separate conversation.)
