I think the Bush type story really illustrates how slow magazines are to follow what people are seeing out there. I mentioned that bad Bush type back in January http://designmichaelsurtees.blogspot.com/2006/01/stagecraft-gone-wrong.html and Brand Avenue mentioned it even earlier in November http://brandavenue.typepad.com/brand_avenue/2005/11/potus_image_ove.html Design Observer picked it up sometime in February I think. I understand that there’s timelines for press etc, but is it even relevant when it gets printed now?
