they were the first ones out of the gate but its not a good visual format and most importantly they havent developed a client that everyone can get on their phones easily. a quick google search can show you a lot of other alternatives that have a better shot of being used by designers moving forward look up shotcode nextcode datamatrix qr-code scanbuy. semacode is just a format but the important thing is to make a product that everyeon can use

if youve never been to asia you cant imagine how far behind we are on this stuff in the states

Maybe too much work for some people, but pretty neat. Or if it were on the other side or something.
