I’ve been staring at the Allstate hands logo all year when a college football team has attempted a field goal or a point after. As product placement of a logo goes, it works pretty well. The hands catching the ball is an interesting combination game action and sponsor. The thing that I never considered until I saw the camera angle from behind the posts is that the logo works essentially the same. Sure the type doesn’t read in reverse, but their wordmark is what they’re recognized by which doesn’t distort when seen backwards.
