What to link to with Jill Greenberg?

jill greenberg search

When it comes to the topic of Jill Greenberg on her action w/ the Atlantic Monthly I have no idea what to link to. There are so many posts and comments that it would take me a month to read everything and post the relevant stuff. Up until now it’s been pretty easy for me to find something about a topic and link back to a “source”. With her actions there’s been so much commentary about it that it’s not easy to figure out one encompassing site. If you’ve been following her actions what would you have linked to?

Here are two great starting points that will give you background and links to a lot of the sideshow-like fun that has been going on since the weekend…

http://aphotoeditor.com is the blog of Rob Haggart, the former Director of Photography for Men's Journal and Outside Magazine. His take on the Greenberg mess is extremely relevant since as a former photography editor, he has an insight to what other PE's are thinking and how Ms. Greenberg has likely torpedoed a good chunk of her career.

http://tinyurl.com/5lvtbg & http://tinyurl.com/6fp43s link to a couple of posts on Mark Tucker's blog. Mark is a professional photographer based in Nashville and his take on Greenberg's actions boil all of the political feelings and biased mud-slinging down in a clear, concise way.

The follow-up comments on both blogs run the gamut from concerned photographers to over-the-top political jingoism, but it makes for a good read.
