The Empire State Building is Blue Tonight
After making a big deal last night about the Empire State Building not turning all blue once he won, I’m happy to come home to see it this way now. Thanks to TJ who passed on the Gothamist link Empire State Building Shines for Democracy explaining how the light’s were chosen this week.
Am I the only one who prefers our country as red, white, and blue? No one should vote Republic all the time, nor should they vote Democrat all the time – it shouldn't be about the party. It should be about the issues.
Don't mean to pick on you, I voted for Obama. I'm just saying – red, white and blue. Thats my country.
