In Appreciation of the Beef Chart Poster
Walking around Soho during lunch trying to figure out what I wanted to eat, I came across the above Wired Poster. There’s a new pop up store in the Meat Packing District and this is the poster from Wired letting anyone paying attention know. Very Cool! I thought I was the only one that had an affinity for Beef Cut Charts. (I think I like them because of their organized look they have.) I never saw the Fresh Direct one before I like the color coded parts and the explanation of where all the Sirloin cuts come from.
