All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and service demand.
2. Appointment and Service Use
Appointments for services can be scheduled as per availability. Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle information and to be present at the scheduled time. Shudh Splash Car Care Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses a safety risk or if the vehicle contains items that may interfere with the cleaning process.
3. Vehicle Condition and Access
Customers must ensure their vehicles are accessible as required for the scheduled services. Shudh Splash Car Care Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues in the vehicle prior to the service. Any damage claims must be reported immediately upon completion of the service.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices for services are as quoted at the time of booking and may be subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Shudh Splash Car Care Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend pricing, add taxes, or additional service fees.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in advance as per company policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
6. Customer Obligations
Customers must remove personal belongings from their vehicles before service. Shudh Splash Car Care Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held liable for lost or damaged personal items during service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shudh Splash Car Care Pvt. Ltd. will take reasonable care in providing services but does not guarantee perfection. Liability for any losses or damages arising out of the use of our services or website is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. Under no circumstances will Shudh Splash Car Care Pvt. Ltd. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
